Both models have a similar working method, with the exception that the WALKO-3 does not have horizontal rails.

*A castor set is optional.

Changing the height is extremely quick and simple.

5. UNIQUE CONSTRUCTION TABLE

Use your own favourite glue clamps to fasten a variety of work pieces in a simple and fast way. Special quick cam surface clamps are available to fasten your work pieces - even in a horizontal position.

*The perforated table tops can handle various types of clamps and hooks available in the trade. Hole diameter: 20mm.

SPECIAL:

Possibility to uses clamps in and all around the table-tops

Unlimited amount of (clamping) possibilities. WALKO quick cam surface clamps are available for horizontal fastening. (Accessory)

*Certain types of glue clamps have a head which is easily detachable. These models can also be put right through the holes in the table-top.

6. ADJUSTABLE WORKING HEIGHT

With the table top in the top position one can work very well at circle sawing, sanding and milling. Each type of work demands a different approach. The table tops are easily adjusted to the required working-height for exact, quick working comfort.

SPECIAL:

Lowering the table top height means drilling from above works much more precisely. Ideal for working on larger constructions and/or objects (chest, cupboard, large blocks, etc.) Also easy to use in a sitting position. Decide the most easy and comfortable working position for yourself. Adjustable in height in  6,5 cm increments.

7. ADJUSTABLE WORK TOPS

Both the angle and the height of the work tops are adjustable. Without using clamps a large variety of pieces can be managed.

SPECIAL:

Clamps (usually) not necessary. Ideal for assembling chests and cupboards. Workspace on both sides. Work pieces are also within reach at the back side. If necessary: it is possible to clamp onto the frame.

8. WORK SUPPORTS

The work-supports are used when the tables stick out too far or when the work is really heavy. Place the supports at the desired height. Work objects and tools can either be set on top or hung on the table.

SPECIAL:

Adjustable and foldable. Supports can be left on during transport. For the heavy work (Max 80 Kg per piece)

Workstruts

*Work-supports are optional.

8a. WORK SUPPORTS

Work supports are also extremely useful when working with larger materials. You can decide at which height you need to position your work projects.

SPECIAL:

Ideal for drilling, sanding, painting etc.

9. DOOR SUPPORT

The stability of the frame is also very useful when work needs doing on complete doors. With the aid of a regular glue clamp the door is simply fixed and made stable to work on.

SPECIAL:

Because the door is fixated in the middle there is hardly any wobbling at all. Regular doors are fixated on the lower horizontal rib. (See photograph) Small doors are fixated on the higher rib at the opposite side.

10. SAWING PLATEAU SMALL

Quickly sawing up a couple of pieces to fit? The frame in folded position can immediately be used as a sawing plateau. Fast on site: put down the frame and hey presto start the job! (93,5 x 99,5 cm)

SPECIAL:

The ribs are fitted out with replaceable synthetic strips, which you can simply saw right through. Larger constructions can be processed on the frame in its open (folded out) position.

*At normal professional usage of the work-bench the spacers need to be replaced after approximately 1,5 to 2 years.

11. LARGE SAWING PLATEAU OR WALL STAND

The frame can be folded open in order to use it as a large sawing plateau or as a helping hand against a wall.

Loosen the knobs on the hinges, open up the frame and tighten the knobs again. Easy!

12. LARGE SAWING PLATEAU

Frame on the floor. Carefree and super fast sawing of sheet materials. The frame is very rigid and supplies the ideal surface. The replaceable synthetic strips which can be sawn right through are 30 mm in height.

SPECIAL:

Sheets do not snap on the final piece of the saw edge. One man on his own can work simply with heavy sheets. Perfect surface to work on, also for very thin sheet material. Very small to no chance of damaging the bottom side of the sheets by rubbish on the surface. If necessary the sheet can be fixed with a clamp.

Putting the frame on other trestles also works just fine, but this implies lifting the panels on top.

13. THE UNIQUE WALL SUPPORT

What happens when the materials get larger or there is little working-space at hand? Simply place the WALKO against a wall and discover the huge advantages of the WALKO method.

Doors, window-frames, beams, rafters, pipes, cupboards,  chests, sheet, chairs, no matter what; the WALKO handles it all.

Work in a fast and carefree manner at the height desired. Working sitting down, or standing up? No problem!

Keep your materials and tools within easy reach by storing them on top or underneath the frame.

In the workshop? Place the frame in front of the tool-board and everything is within easy reach.

SPECIAL:

Simplifies the most diverse and difficult jobs.

Tremendously large working-space in various directions.

Multi-functional.

Takes up very little space.

14. MORE EXAMPLES WALL POSITION

Put the frame against a wall and place the work struts or tables.

1. Painting, sanding, repairing of doors or panels,

2. Sawing, most saw machines fit in between the ribs,

3. Sawing by hand. Clamps not necessary,

4. Assembling large constructions.

Large materials often do not fit on a traditional workbench and most of the time you are not standing in an upright position. With a WALKO you always work comfortably

15. WALKO SAWING WALL

Sawing can be made easy. Position the sheet material on the supports and saw along a guide rail or straight edge.

At the position where the actual sawing occurs the work-support remains folded-up. The sheet is securely supported, but the circular-saw does not hinder the extended support.

SPECIAL:

Ideal in smaller spaces (hallways, gallery, etc.)

Also very easy for sanding, painting, drilling etc.

If necessary the materials can be clamped onto the frame.

16. WALL MOUNTING SET

With the aid of a wall mounting set the frame can be positioned upright to a wall. The frame can easily be put in a slanting position and/or taken out. Simply adjust the position of the working-tables and they can be used.

Put the WALKO immediately in front of your tool-board and enjoy a great work-bench system in a minimal space.

SPECIAL:

This way the WALKO takes up minimum space and can still be used. Ideal in smaller spaces.
